A New Doctor - is announced

In March 2004 it was announced that Christopher Eccleston would take the lead in a new series of Doctor Who

Background info: Painted over the weekend following the announcement, so long before the Doctors appearance was established, I chose the more conventional route of longer hair. The Daleks and Cybermen were the obvious adversaries to help him on his way, although it was doubtful either would appear in the new series at that early stage.
