The Space Pirates - V Ship

The International Space Corps are pursuing pirates who have been stealing Argonite and destroying beacons

General Hermack takes his massive V-Ship to the planet Ta, whilst his subordinate Warne sets off in his tiny minnow craft to track their chief suspect: eccentric mining pioneer Milo Clancy.

Story background: 1969, written by Robert Holmes, produced by Peter Bryant. The actor who played General Hermack, Jack May, is probably better known as the Butler to Adam Adamant. This story also featured George Layton, better known as a scriptwriter and actor in sitcoms such as Doctor at Large.
